Let's make one thing perfectly clear…we don't do contracts!

We do not ask you to sign a monthly fee contract for our services…or any other kind of contract.
Paying a fixed amount each month to have your productions updated at certain intervals may seem an easy option. But be sure to do the maths. Because it doesn't mean it's the best option for you.

For a start, we find that most clients rarely need to update their productions as frequently as they think (or are told) they might.
And what if the company you've signed up with fails to deliver on quality or creativity?

That's why, at Sound On Hold, we like to keep your options open.

If you just want us to create a one-off single production for you, that's fine by us.

However, if you think your on hold messaging will need to be updated at regular intervals (four or six times a year, for example), a little forward planning could save you a lot of money.
Our Prepay packages offer substantial savings on single production rates - you simply pay for a certain number of productions in advance and keep them "on hold" until needed.

And then, there will be companies that need message or production changes on a weekly or even daily basis. In which case, Sound On Hold can formulate a customised package tailored specifically to your needs.
