Lively or laid-back?….we can make suggestions, but really the choice is yours. We've a whole library of music tracks to choose from. And there's no need to worry about music licensing costs. None of the standard tracks used by Sound On Hold requires a PRS or PPL licence. |

Again, it's important that the voice-over reflects your company's image. Male or Female. Young or Mature. Corporate or Friendly. As with the music, we'll make suggestions but the final choice is down to you. All our voice-overs are experienced professionals and many are heard regularly on TV and radio. |

How often would I need to change the messages? |

There is no commitment to change them at specific intervals, so really it's up to you. Obviously, messages that are seasonal (eg Christmas, Easter) or time-sensitive (eg special offers, exhibitions, events) will have a far shorter life than messages containing more general information such as opening hours, directions, website address etc To maintain caller interest, we recommend refreshing your on hold marketing campaigns (with new scripts, music or voices) every 8 to 12 weeks. |
